1. Introduction

Welcome to Match Valley ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). Match Valley Pvt. Ltd. operates this platform to connect business owners, buyers, and investors across India. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of matchvalley.in and all related services.

By creating an account, submitting a listing, or making an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.
• Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals operating in compliance with applicable Indian law.

3. Listings & Accuracy of Information

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of listing content. Match Valley verifies listings on a best-efforts basis but does not guarantee the truthfulness of any listing. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable law without prior notice.

4. Fees & Payments

Listing packages are one-time, non-refundable payments. Buyers register and browse for free. Advisory services are subject to separate engagement terms. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Circumventing the platform to transact directly and avoid platform fees after initial contact.
• Scraping, harvesting, or automated data extraction from the Platform.
• Harassment of other users, Match Valley staff, or advisors.
• Listing businesses with unresolved legal disputes without disclosure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Match Valley is a marketplace and intermediary. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Platform or reliance on any listing information.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
