Match Valley is for business owners looking to sell, buyers and franchise seekers looking for an opportunity, and investors looking to deploy capital. Anyone can register and browse; some actions like accessing full financials on a confidential listing require signing a digital NDA first.

Match Valley is primarily a marketplace where we list and review opportunities and connect buyers, sellers, and investors directly. We also have an in-house Advisory team for valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring, which is optional. We are not a bank, escrow provider, or law firm, and we don't guarantee the outcome of any transaction.

Buyers and investors can register and browse for free. Sellers pay a listing fee to publish a business for sale.

Yes. Choose the confidential listing option and only a summary is shown publicly — your business name and identity stay hidden. Full details are released only to buyers who sign a digital NDA.

No commission is charged on your sale price — you pay a one-time listing fee only, and what you negotiate with a buyer is yours to keep.

No. We don't guarantee a sale or a specific price. We verify your listing, put it in front of relevant buyers, and support you through enquiries, negotiation, and closing if you choose advisory support.

Yes. Our Advisory team offers business valuation as a standalone service.

Opportunities go through a review process before a Verified badge is awarded. Verification does not replace independent due diligence, which we strongly recommend before committing capital.
