Listing data: business details, financial summaries, photos, and documents submitted during the listing process.
Enquiry data: messages and contact information shared when you enquire on a listing.
Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, device type, and IP address (anonymised after 30 days).

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
To connect buyers with relevant sellers and match investor profiles to listings.
To send transactional notifications, enquiry alerts, and deal updates via email and WhatsApp.
To prevent fraud, verify listings, and enforce our Terms of Service.
To send optional marketing communications (you may opt-out at any time).

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With counterparties: When an enquiry is made, contact details are shared between the buyer and seller as needed to progress the deal.
With advisors: If you engage our advisory services, relevant data is shared with the assigned advisor under NDA.
With service providers: Trusted third-party tools (cloud hosting, payment gateways, analytics) that are contractually bound to protect your data.
With law enforcement: When required by valid legal process or court order.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the platform is used. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings; however, some features may not function correctly.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection regulations, you have the right to:

Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Listing data is retained for 3 years after a deal closes for audit and dispute resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting our privacy team.
